Dia del Niño/Day of the Child Celebration

The Alexandria Police Department, Casa Chirilagua and NOVA Alexandria Campus are co-hosting a Community Festival (Dia del Nino/Day of the Child) at Northern Virginia Community College on September 28th from 11AM – 2PM.

They hope to attract families from the West End and Chirilagua with activities geared toward their children.

The purpose is to build bridges to communities that may feel alienated and threatened and let them know there are resources and support available in our community.
