The 2003 Eisenhower East Small Area Plan established a vision for a vibrant new, urban, mixed-use community centered on the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station. This new transit-focused neighborhood would include a variety of natural and urban open spaces and parks, a balance of jobs and housing, and a retail/entertainment center, serving both a local and regional market.

The community feedback that’s been collected will be presented to City Council on February 4th, 2020.
