Alexandria’s Holiday Market is an annual signature event that transforms the  John Carlyle Square Park into a lively open-air festival, perfect for children young and old. This past December, shoppers found unique art and craft items, enjoyed sweets and mulled wine and were treated to live entertainment from local musicians. The Holiday Market catered to the whole family and featured a special children’s corner with activities and the opportunity to learn about European traditions and culture through a passport booklet.
