The biggest and best bike commuting event is set for Friday morning, May 18th at John Carlyle Square Park. Carlyle Council is the sponsor of the Carlyle Pit Stop for this popular regional event co-organized by Commuter Connections and the Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA) in support of cycling as a healthy and green commuting option.
Registration for the 2018 Bike to Work Day (BTWD) is free. Stay tuned for an announcement soon when registration opens. Early registrants will receive a free event t-shirt. Registered cyclists at Carlyle’s Pit Stop will receive free snacks and beverages, be entered in Carlyle’s raffle with prizes given out continuously, enjoy musical entertainment, free bike maintenance advice, giveaways and much, much more.
